Understand the global span of the activities and services delivered by Xedis with focus on Management services (Service Management, Project and Program Management, Operations Management)
Prospect new opportunities and customers to position Xedis in the market and especially target on Management Services
Study market to leverage contacts in designated domains
Be able to talk at CIO level
Understand and picture the competition in those areas, focus on Xedis differentiators
Funnel creation and follow-up of scoped entries
Develop and manage the sales pipeline in accordance with Xedis expectations
Establish and maintain positive relationships with new customers
Generate revenue in line with specified individual targets (monthly and quarterly driven)
Approach prospects with an account perspective and business development
Capacity to respond to tenders
Effective teaming with other sales and account management resources to provide complete solutions to customer business requirements

Profile:
University degree (min. Bachelor)
Good understanding of IT service management, IT operations management and project and program management
At least 3 years sales experience in similar domains
Proven track record of solid achievement at current/previous companies
Experiences with developing appropriate winning sales strategies
Understanding of competition
Strong ability to identify and prioritize the key opportunities
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Excellent selling and presentation skills
Proactive self-starter with strong drive to achieve results
Dynamic with high energy levels, competitive, persistent, creative
Flexibility to travel
Specialist position with no direct people management responsibilities
Convincing leadership and strong exploration eagerness
Team-Player but able to work individually (take the lead)
