Xedis builds the SIAM integration layer for Belgian Defence, one of the country’s most operationally critical organisations. Across corporate IT, spanning a complex multi-supplier environment, we are designing and building the SIAM layer: operating model, governance, processes, and the foundation for a hybrid organisation that can integrate, govern and steer its suppliers as one.
