Xedis was founded in 2001 by IT practitioners who had spent enough time inside large consulting firms to know what they did not want to build: pyramid teams, partner-driven scope, junior staff learning on the client’s budget.

Twenty-five years later, the model is unchanged. Every engagement is led by a senior consultant who has done the work before, in a comparable organisation, on a comparable problem.

We don’t resell tools and we don’t take vendor commissions. That independence is central to how we work.
