Amma contacted us to coach the newly appointed CIO in his mission, developing the IT strategy taking the digital challenges and cyber security into account. On top of, to assist in the redevelopment of the companies’ strategy, among others, defining the roles and responsibilities and redesigning the processes.

TOMRA started in 1972 with the design, production and sale of vending machines for the collection of used beverage packaging. TOMRA continuously innovates and provides advanced solutions for optimal (re) use of raw materials in two industries:
Collection Solutions (return of empties)
Sorting Solutions (recycling, mining and food industry).
Thanks to our long lasting relationship with Tomra, they contacted us to help them staff a temporary position. We were able to find a senior Business Relationship Manager. He has as a mission to review and to improve the Sales and Service processes, to guide the workshops between Business and ICT and to implement the approved process into the organization.

They are first and foremost a grid company: Fluvius builds and manages the grids that bring electricity, natural gas and heat to your home, office or sports club.
Xedis has a longtime history within the Utilities sector and has, in the past, delivered multiple successful projects for Eandis, Indexis and Electrabel. Aware of Xedis' knowledge of the sector and its expertise in Transformations & Organizations, Fluvius called us to assist them in developing and implementing a Business Control Center. The objective of this new Service is, for them to be able to guarantee committed Service Levels to the Business within the Digital Meter Chain. Xedis drove the RFP process, the selection and the implementation of the new Service.

As a branch of SNCB, Ypto provides IT services for the railway operator.
They realize projects, take care of the run and maintenance of technical platforms and support all business processes.
Xedis staffs multiple temporary roles within Ypto.
Service Management: to develop and roll-out the new Service Delivery Management department. This involves, among others, to (re)design processes, its Service Catalog and the SLA’s..
Change Management: to assist Ypto in large roll-out projects (Windows 10, Office 365) and a transformation program. The objective of our consultants is to facilitate the roll-out by applying the appropriate methods of change management to make sure the project is a success.
